Resolution language
“Up to” describes a request, not an output guarantee.
Compatibility requests up to 1080p, Balanced requests up to 1440p, and High Quality Beta requests up to 2160p. iOS selects the actual coded dimensions. The final result can be lower and varies with the complete device, decoder, driver, and network path.
